Do you want to see God do something only he can do?
Let’s go back to the beginning.
Our eight-hour Workshop will help your team look beyond the latest program to focus on establishing strong missional DNA in your church. Hosted by some of our partner churches in the Carolinas, and led by Cypress alumni, you’ll be learning directly from seasoned church planters who live out the “every man, woman, and child” vision. We'll explore foundational elements of Cypress to cultivate and contextualize the principles that will help your church make and mobilize missionary disciples.
Workshop objectives:
Challenge your current perspective in regard to mission
Renew and redeem your understanding of what God wants
Assess how well your church is engaging in Kingdom behaviors
Evaluate strategies that lead to greater gospel responsibility
Identify cultural obstacles to growing in Kingdom identity
Identify relational networks in your circle of accountability and design next steps to engage them
Clarify and evaluate measurements for making disciples
Recognize how Jesus sees the Harvest and how you can better see it
Some questions we’ll
help you answer:
If God got what he wanted in your city, what are the first things that would change?
Are you more of a leader for your church or a missionary for the Kingdom?
How do the systems in your church display the Kingdom in your community?
Do your strategies primarily fuel success for your church or transformation for your city?
What are the greatest obstacles to gospel transformation for those in your circle who are far from God?
How can a transformed disciple be seen, measured, communicated, and modeled?
To what extent do you priorities, decisions, and calendar reflect building The Kingdom versus building a kingdom?
