In the last 15 years, The Cypress Project has impacted over 1,000 churches and 3,000 leaders in 14 countries and 23 U.S. cities. As the reach of Cypress has grown beyond our wildest expectations, we know that investing in new people, resources, & environments will be crucial for stepping into what God has called us to next.

We have big dreams for a new season of ministry and a new generation of leaders to champion it.

What have we learned in 15 years? This is the strategy that works.

The next season of Cypress is all about decentralization. We want to equip and empower new leaders to take ownership of Cypress, as well as create mentoring opportunities for local and global leaders to have immersive time with Neal. We aim to identify, train, and provide stipends for:

- Champions: Alumni who embody Cypress DNA and focus on "seeding" through Workshops at the church/community level
- Catalytic Leaders: Alumni who focus on "sustaining" Cypress DNA by building partnerships in their COA and coaching regional cohorts
- Coordinators: Alumni who focus on "saturating" by leading collaboration across a city or region

As we multiply leaders, we want to fully empower them to carry out the mission to every man, woman, and child. We are currently working to develop:

- A book to help “seed” the DNA by making Cypress principles more easily accessible.
- Coaching guides to help “sustain” the conversation as Cypress leaders engage with other churches in their circle.
- New Cypress training for marketplace leaders.
- A resource website for workshop facilitators.

How can you partner?

Offer your time: Commit time to seeding/sustaining the conversation both inside and outside your church by stepping into a local leadership role.

Leverage your relationships: Engage people in your circle of accountability to connect leaders, churches, and organizations who can seed, sustain, and saturate the geography together.

Invest your resources: Pray about giving monetarily to fund the next season of Cypress.

What funds are needed?

$35,000 for People | Multiplication - providing stipends for select Cypress leaders to take on more responsibility in 2025 as Neal mentors them with an eye towards the future

$18,000 for Resources | Accessibility - publishing resources like the Cypress book (not yet titled), Coaching guides, and new training track for marketplace leaders to more easily engage and implement Movement-Kingdom-Harvest-Disciple DNA

$12,000 for Environments | Decentralization - gathering our best stateside and international Cypress leaders for extended periods of immersive training with Neal to hand off the ownership and execution of our “City Movement Strategy” to local leaders
